How to validate a promo code?

Yes, prices are expressed including VAT and in euros, per product unit and exclude additional processing, shipping, transport and delivery costs.

How can I be sure that my order is confirmed?

Payment

What are the return, withdrawal and refund conditions?

You have a period of 7 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay penalties with the exception of return costs, from the delivery of the order and which will be exercised by the return at its expense of new products (unopened and/or unused) accompanied by the order number to the following address: Maison Sicile, rue Paul Dufour 21, 7030 Mons (Belgium). When the 7-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public or non-working holiday, it is extended until the first following working day. Products returned incomplete or damaged will not be taken back. Product refunds are made within a maximum of 30 days after we have received the products. Reimbursement is made using the same payment method chosen at the time of the order.

Is the payment secured ?

Sprezza guarantees you total security during your purchases on its e-commerce. You can pay for your purchases with many bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, etc.). This secure transaction system is provided by the providers Paypal and Mollie who are at the forefront of security and major players in payment for e-commerce.

Shipping & delivery

What are the costs and delivery times?

We deliver to Belgium only. Delivery costs €5 but is free from 3 bottles purchased. Items are sent via Mondial Relay, either to the address of your choice or to a relay point depending on your preference.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday within 48 hours, to which must be added Mondial Relay's delivery times which are on average 3 working days. The customer receives an email with the package tracking code when the package shipment is confirmed. Using this code, the customer will then be able to track their package on the Mondial Relay website.

If there is a delivery delay, what can I do?

You cannot request compensation in the event of late delivery by the carrier. In addition, in the event of an anomaly upon receipt (damaged, opened package, etc.), you must file a complaint with the carrier within 2 working days, by registered mail, a copy of which will be sent to Sprezza. If you are present during delivery, you will need to tell the delivery person what reservations you have. These delivery problems must be resolved as a priority with the carrier; Sprezza cannot be held responsible. Sprezza cannot be held responsible if customs fees must be applied in your country of delivery. Any defect or delivery delay of more than 8 working days must be reported to us.

Can we track the order after delivery?

Sprezza communicates the package number when confirming shipping. You can then track your package on the Mondial relay website.

Are delivery costs included in the price?

Please note, shipping costs are not included in the order price. The prices indicated are expressed including VAT and in euros, per unit of product and exclude participation in additional processing, shipping, transport and delivery costs. From 3 bottles purchased, shipping costs are free!
